An important deadline is coming up for projects co-locating affordable housing and child care that are seeking funding from BuildUp Oregon. If you’re a developer, this post is for you!
Co-location projects must be submitted via our interest form by 5:00pm PDT on August 23, 2024 to be considered under the current round of funding.
We’re setting this cutoff due to the high level of interest in BuildUp Oregon and limited available funding from the OHCS Facilities Fund.

Developers can access and complete an interest form by visiting www.BuildUpOregon.org/Solutions. Submitting an interest form is a key step in the Roadmap to Support – your guide to BuildUp Oregon’s application and funding process
Even after the cutoff of August 23, 2024, we encourage developers to complete interest forms so we can determine future funding needs and demonstrate the demand for additional resource allocation in the upcoming legislative session. Additional funding is not guaranteed, so projects will not be evaluated until new resources are available.
