Allison Guerra

Allison leads LIIF's participation in the BuildUp Oregon partnership and provides technical assistance, training, and program design support to partners, child care providers, and developers.

Allison is an educator at heart, with a gift for collaboration and connecting with others. With roots in a family of caregivers, her passion for early childhood education runs deep.

“When I was a child, my grandma and mom ran a home-based program and provided care to our entire family and local community,” she shares. “I watched them work diligently to keep their program open and provide thoughtful care. I wish funding was available then to help support their program.”

When she’s not at work, Allison loves exploring the Pacific Northwest and spending time with her baby.
