Asia coordinates and manages the BuildUp Oregon program by working closely with MESO’s ECE team, Facility Advisors, and other partners.
Before joining MESO and BuildUp Oregon, Asia had worked in child care for 20 years. She reflects, “I have so much love and respect for the profession. That’s why I particularly appreciate hearing feedback from the providers we work with, so that we can improve our systems and processes.”
Known for her curiosity and creative problem-solving, Asia thrives on learning about people and their experiences. “I love to dissect the how and why of things and explore different ways of doing,” she says.
Outside of work, Asia is an avid arts and crafts enthusiast, currently focused on watercolor. She also enjoys flower gardening and spending quality time with her nieces and nephews whenever she can.
